This project was a for a client that was looking to sell their condo. This was a full interior job. All of the walls, ceiling, trim, and doors were painted to freshen up the over all look. Many of the rooms had different colors and textures, so painting it white will give potential buyers a blank canvas to look at.

This was for a property management company looking to have all the walls and ceiling painted once the tenets have vacated. This is a good idea for property management companies and investment property owners a like. This is a cost effective way of freshening up the look of the property
Rental Repaint
This rental property had a few different colors through out the house. The owner wanted a clean look, so the whole house went white and looks a lot cleaner after painting.
